Ground Truth rapidly models exiting buildings, structures and campuses using a variety of technologies to deliver 3D BIM models, 2D plans and comprehensive photographic and/or 360° video documentation.

The Ground Truth team has scanned and modeled millions of square feet of commercial, industrial, government and infrastructure facilities worldwide including: Commercial Office Space, Hotels and Restaurants, Rail Stations, Cathedrals, and Observatories. The team is highly skilled at navigating, security, tenant concerns and unusual access conditions.

Deliverables:

Existing conditions and “As-Builts” are delivered with 3D BIM models (typically Revit), 2D plans, sections, and elevations, and 360° photographs and video. Drone photography and scanning is often employed to document hard to access space. Final documentation is delivered in a web-accessible format for easy of access and collaboration.
